So many eroge have no business being labeled "porn", imo.

The more famous visual novels are also often adapted into the light novel, manga or anime formats. The most concerning part was my character. Somehow and for some reason I got reincarnated in the initial stage of the same game that I was playing before. When I woke up, I noticed something was different. Some of them may have more complex plots surrounding them, but at their core, they're Relationship Simulators (I tend to use the term "Date Sim" but I'm not sure if that fully captures it in some cases). I went to bed, after completing the blockbuster eroge game that had become a trending topic in the past few days.
However, the more well-known ones (and certainly the ones most likely to get adapted into anime) are basically Relationship Simulators. Every season at this point is a good one for light novels. From what I understand, some eroges are outright porn, yes. Magical Explorer: Eroge no Yjin Chara ni Tensei Shita kedo, Game Chishiki Tsukatte Jiy ni Ikiru.
